City Council Minutes <br />July 6, 2010 <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />-------------------- - - - - -- <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5 -0. <br />3.2. Payment Of Bills <br />Council Member Ryan questioned the following bills. <br />• Community Growth — two month payment <br />• DG Towing - impound charge <br />• MN Management and Budget — administrative fines <br />• MN DNR — refund for duplicate payment for fire call <br />• Lakes State Bank - interest payment for squads <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE PAYMENT <br />OF BILLS. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />3.4. LIBRARY REPORT <br />Council Member Ryan questioned the licensing of the library <br />popcorn wagon. The Mayor indicated that the wagon is licensed by <br />the State Health Department. <br />Council Member Ryan questioned the agreement with Kitchigami <br />Library System. The Mayor noted that the Council voted to enter <br />into the agreement. <br />4. Open Forum <br />There was no one present for open forum. <br />5. Presentations <br />5.1. Petition for Road Improvements (Wildlife Trail) <br />The Clerk explained that the City has received a petition for road <br />improvements to Wildlife Trail consisting of ditching, graveling, and <br />paving the street to city standards and to dedicate the street to the <br />City. The petition contains 42.1 % percent of property owners' <br />signatures. <br />The Clerk noted that the City Engineer has submitted a proposal to <br />prepare a report for this proposed project should the Council decide <br />�`'' to move forward with this request. <br />
