(Minutes are attached) The Park Commission held a special <br />meeting in May to discuss regular park business. The meeting was held one week earlier <br />in an attempt to get a head start on the two park projects — Gildner Park and the Gazebo <br />in Trailside Park. The Park Commission's two big projects this year include: <br />Gildner Park completion involving the addition of playground equipment, benches, and <br />picnic tables <br />Demolition of the gazebo located at Trailside Park — the plan is to construct a new <br />�- band shelter. The Bands in the Park program has become a success with bands booked <br />almost every weekend this summer. The Park Commission would like to have a Band <br />Shelter for these bands to perform in. The cost for the shelter and associated costs are <br />higher than expected and therefore; the Park Commission is looking for donations for this <br />
