Planning Commission Member Wilson amended his second. All members <br /> voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> 20�8 City Work Plan <br /> Bittner reported the City Administrator requested this be included on upcoming <br /> Agendas as the Planning Commission is e�ected to complete these tasks by the end of <br /> November. Staff will be meeting with the HRA Director to begin work on the Housing <br /> items in the very near future. The Planning Commission was asked to forward <br /> properties to Staff that should be included on the target list of redevelopment <br /> properties. <br /> Zoning Map— Review Edits <br /> Bittner asked the Planning Commission Members to review the updated Zoning Map <br /> and forward their questions to her. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson,seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Wallin, to approve the May i�, 2oi8 <br /> Minutes. All Members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Leckband, seconded <br /> by Planning Commission Member Wilson,to approve the May 3�, 20�8 <br /> Special Meeting Minutes. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> P&Z ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Bittner pointed out the io permits issued and the 5letters sent. The following Potential <br /> Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed: <br /> 1. Virgil Dahl - Bittner reported Mr. Dahl has placed flyers in businesses <br /> advertising camping sites and shooting range. Chief Klang spoke to him June 19 <br /> informing him that he would need a Conditional Use Permit for a campground <br /> and that the shooting range would not be allowed. He was advised to remove the <br /> advertising flyers until he receives the CUP. <br /> 2. David Kennedy—Mr. Kennedy has been cleaning up the landscaping. Staff will <br /> continue to monitor. <br /> Chair Hallan asked if the signs in the roundabout is allowed.
