No owner shall occupy the unit or site for <br />more than 14 continuous days. These limits shall be deed - recorded or by covenant and <br />ownership agreement. <br />(2) Fractional ownership properties or similar properties shall hav roprietary <br />leases or covenants that limit personal use. Fractional ownership units and sit . be <br />available for rent for at least 140 days within the period from May 1St throu ctober 31St or <br />November 1St through April 30th, whichever is the prime rental time peri owner shall <br />occupy the unit or site for more than 14 continuous days. <br />C.
