Plannin� Commission Vacancv <br /> Dawn Bittner stated Mark Mortenson has resigned from the Planning � <br /> Commission and his term would have expired on December 31, 2018. � <br /> � <br /> THE COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGED THE RESIGNATION OF MARK ' <br /> MORTENSON. � <br /> 6.3. Comprehensive Plan Update �, <br /> Dawn Bittner stated the Planning and Zoning Department has reached out I <br /> to many of the City's active community committees to collect comments <br /> and suggestions to update the Comprehensive Plan. Ms. Bittner asked <br /> that any input on the Transportation and Infrastructure sections be <br /> forwarded to her. <br /> Council Member Akerson inquired why the business emails were not used ', <br /> to communicate with the business owners. Ms. Bittner explained that at ' <br /> the time the emails were collected from the business owners they were <br /> only to be used to update the City's website.
