(Press Release attached) <br /> • Mail letter to property owner stating this is the only notice they will <br /> receive,lawn must be mowed within io days and kept mowed for the <br /> season. If not mowed within io days,Administrative Citation will be <br /> issued and City will have contractor mow the lawn and assess costs to <br /> taxes. (Lawn Letter attached) <br /> • If lawn continues to not be mowed, City will issue an Administrative <br /> Citation and have contractor mow lawn and assess costs to taxes. (One <br /> Citation per day for lawns,up to $�,000 annually). <br /> Applicable Regulations: Chapter �, Article �, Enforcement of Administrative <br /> Offenses and Issuance of Penalties related to these Offenses, regulates <br /> Administrative Citations. Chapter � will need to be amended to include the <br /> amendments suggested by the City Attorney. This amendment will not require a <br /> public hearing. The amendment is attached. <br /> Chapter 1�-�2.1 will need to be amended to include the amount of the penalty. <br /> This amendment will require a public hearing at an upcoming Planning <br /> Commission meeting. <br /> A SAMPLE Administrative Citation is attached. This sample has been reviewed <br /> and is recommended by the City Attorney. <br /> Planning Commission Direction: Please come prepared to offer input on <br /> the above proposed policy. The Planning Commission should make a <br /> recommendation to the City Council.
