<br /> citation within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of the administrative citations
<br /> or provide notice of withdrawal from the procedures outlined in this Article, in
<br /> which case the violator ma_y be immediately subject to criminal prosecution or
<br /> civil legal action. The administrative conference, if requested, shall be with the
<br /> Citv Administrator or his or her desi Tn�ho has reviewed the underlying facts
<br /> of the violation, tlie history of prior violations, the impact of the violation on
