(.25 X i.4 = •35�imal Units) <br /> Staff was directed to send Mr. Wilmes a letter indicating a miniature horse is classified <br /> � •35�imal Units. <br /> Chair Hallan directed Staff to hold a Public Hearing to amend the Ordinance to include <br /> miniature horses. <br /> Planning Commission Member Norton inquired if goats should be included in the <br /> amendment also. Chair Hallan concurred. Considering the different sizes of goats, <br /> include a breakdown by weight, such as o — 50 lbs., 5�— �oo lbs., etc. <br /> Mr.Wilmes will return with his Conditional Use Permit application to have a horse. <br /> b. Open Meeting Law— Discussion <br /> Mr. Burslie explained chance or social gatherings, serial meetings and communication <br /> through correspondence and emails can be construed as violations of the Open Meeting <br /> Law. <br /> c. Sign Ordinance — Report by Mark Hallan <br /> Chair Hallan stated he met with Chamber members regarding signage. He had <br /> explained discussions took place last year regarding potential billboards. He stated, <br /> based on the discussion with the Chamber,the City will need to be loolang at some type <br /> of informational system,what can be done for our downtown business district and the <br /> school. <br /> Planning Commission Member Birch stated he is not opposed to a Community Sign,but <br /> not billboards. <br /> Planning Commission Member Leckband stated there has been a significant drop in <br /> traffic at the businesses.
