i4.The proposed use will not destroy any natural or scenic features. There are no <br /> known historical features of major significance on the subject property. <br /> i5. The floor <br /> drain shall be connected to a holding tank and pumped regularly. The holding tank <br /> system shall be designed by a licensed SSTS designer. A copy of a <br /> maintenance/pumping contract shall be submitted to the city. The holding tank <br /> system shall be installed prior to the commencement of business. <br /> �. Glen Wilmes,Animal Husbandry— Discussion <br /> Mr. Burslie e�cplained the Staff Report. Mr.Wilmes was present and informed the <br /> Planning Commission they have been downsizing the animals; two of the pygmy goats <br /> have been removed. Mr.Wilmes further stated a miniature horse is approximately i/3 <br /> the size of a regular horse weighing a maximum of 300 lbs. <br /> Mr. Burslie stated the Planning Commission needs to make a decision how to classify <br /> the miniature horse.
