Option 2 Upgrade Including the Reuse of Existing PLC Modules <br /> The upgrade will include all new PLC's, merging of the PLC's and programming for the Filter Panel <br /> and Main Control Panel, and the reuse of existing PLC Input/Ouput Modules in the Main Control <br /> Panel as a remote rack to the single PLC in the Filter Panel.This approach saves money in the short <br /> term but is not recommended for long term serviceability. <br /> The primary deliverables are: <br /> 1. Proiect Manasement <br /> a. Schedule and coordinate project work with PRASD and the City of Pequot lakes <br /> b. Coordinate installation <br /> c. Provide project and budget updates <br /> 2. En�ineerin� <br /> a. Review documentation such as PLC replacement drawings <br /> b. Ensure contractor provides As-Built documentation <br /> 3. Prosrammin� <br /> a. Migrate the existing PLC programs to the new PLC's. <br /> b. Merge the programs from the Main Control Panel and the Control Room Panel into <br /> a single program installed in one PLC in the Filter Panel. <br /> c. Configure the C-More units similar to existing PanelView or SCADA <br /> d. Migrate and upgrade the existing Wonderware InTouch application to the new <br /> SCADA computer <br /> e. Review alarms with PRASD <br /> f. Program Alarm Dialer on the SCADA server to perform dial out <br /> g. Provide and install Rockwell programming software for the PLC's <br /> h. Configure VNC Viewer,Team Viewer,or equal for remote access <br /> 4. Hardware and Electrical Installation <br /> a. Filter Panel <br /> i. Allen Bradley Compactlogix L33 PLC in the Filter Panel <br /> ii. PLC power supply 1769-PA4 <br /> iii. Digital input card 1769-IA16 <br /> iv. One Cmore 12" HMI (Human Machine Interface)—replace existing <br /> PanelViews <br /> b. Main Control Panel <br /> i. Reuse existing cards in the Supervisory Control Panel <br /> ii. Allen Bradley Ethernet RIO card 1747-AENTR(Main) <br /> iii. CatSe Cable <br /> c. Ethernet Switch 5 port <br /> d. Wire <br /> e. Remove old equipment <br /> f. Install new PLC equipment <br /> g. Start up and testing <br /> h. Tower panel upgrade <br /> i. Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1400 PLC <br /> ii. Allen-Bradley Micrologix analog input card) <br /> iii. Ethernet Cables <br /> i.
