Call Meetinc� to Order <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chair Jurchen at 8:01 a.m. <br /> 2. Approve EDC Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER RIECK MOVED TO APPROVE THE MARCH 20, 2018 <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MINUTES. <br /> COMMISSIONER LINDHOLM SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 40. <br /> . 3. Marketing Graphics for Development South of Business Park <br /> Nancy Malecha stated Widseth Smith Nolting is working on a 3D <br /> marketing graphic that can be used in the marketing strategy for the 80 <br /> acres south of the Business Park. Ms. Malecha is hoping to present the <br /> graphics at the May EDC meeting. <br /> Sheila Haverkamp questioned if there will be preliminary engineering done <br /> to determine what it will cost to extend City sewer, water and roadway <br /> infrastructure to come up with a pricing structure. Ms. Haverkamp gave <br /> examples of what other cities have done. <br /> CHAIR JURCHEN MOVED TO RECOMMEND THE COUNCIL <br /> PROCEED WITH A COST STUDY OF EXPANDING THE STREETS <br /> AND INFRASTRUCTURE TO THE 80+ACRES SOUTH OF THE <br /> BUSINESS PARK. COMMISSIONER LINDHOLM SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. <br />
