We are proposing to perfortn the following tasks: • Use Crow Wing County GIS contoured mapping,or other publicly available mapping�to prepare a base map(i.e. no topagraphic flled survey. • OverlayUg Layout 3 onto this base map. • Extend gravity sanitary se+wer as far south as passible from ths existi� manhole at De�lcsen Road and Morehouse Drive. • After extending the sanitary sewer as far south as possible by gravity, review the parcels remaining and the general feasibility of elther individual grinder pumps at each parcel or whether a new Ciiy lift station would be approprlate(using best engineering judgement and not performing an overell IiR station siting study for this part of the Cit�r). • Extend watermain south. � Identifying natural low areas and thelr corresponding tr�butary areas to set aside space for suitable iriflltration basins—or, in conJunctlon with the next step,camb(ning them into as few basins as passible. • Preliminarily laying out a stortn drainage system discharging into the above ir�filtra�on basin(s). � Extend new roadways south, looking at both curb and guttered roadways and ditch-lined raadways. • Estimate quariiities for ths above Improvements. • Develop preliminary°per unit IeveP cost estimates for the above improvements,also including estlmated non-construction project costs. • With input irom Staff and the EDC,distribute these casts amongst the par�cels. • Prepare a Study document contalning the above infarmation. Besides overall budgeting, one use for this Study will be to include the informatton tn marketing materials.
