Sales and Consumption. No sales or consumption of alcoholic <br /> beverages shall be permitted beyond the Expanded Premises. <br /> (3). Police Protection. If required by the City Council,the applicant I <br /> shall provide, at the applicant's expense,policing of the licensed , <br /> premises by security personnel approved by the Police Chief. ' <br /> (4). Hours of Sale and Consumption. In addition to the provisions of , <br /> this Chapter, the City Council may further restrict the sale and <br /> consumption of alcoholic beverages pursuant to a Temporary �, <br /> Expansion License to certain hours. I <br /> (5). Identification. The applicant shall require proof of legal age to ��� <br /> consume at the time of sale of an alcoholic beverage. Furthermore, � <br /> the City Council may require each person to whom a sale is made <br /> to wear a wrist band or an identification stamp on the person's � <br /> hand to identify that the person is of legal age to consume �, <br /> alcoholic beverages. , <br /> (6). Proof of Insurance. The applicant shall file proof that liability �I <br /> insurance, at a minimum amount of$1,000,000 per occurrence; � <br /> $2,000,000 annual aggregate, applies to the Expanded Premises. �, <br /> (7). Amplified Music. All speakers used to amplify music, or any '� <br /> other activity, aze to be set up at ground level.
