B. Where there is a principle or accessory structure, all materials, =+t��i <br /> equipment_�u�l ���it�i c�l��c��:t:, shall be stored within a building or fully <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties, except for <br /> the following: laundry drying, 1�z�F����;E�t� recreational equipment, <br /> construction landscaping materials and equipment currently being <br /> used for construction of the premises, woodpiles, agricultural <br /> equipment and materials if these are used or intended for use on the <br /> premises, off-street parking except as otherwise regulated herein. <br /> C. No more than two fish houses and one recreational vehicle are <br /> permissible i€ ���r��� w��r� f�+�r���c��t#�� �l�E�z��s�E�ri. Fish houses and <br /> recreational vehicles must be stored at least�o feet distance from any <br /> property line and outside of the OHW setback. <br /> U. Boats and recreational vehicles shall be allowed to be parked aiid�or <br /> stored outside a building on pri��ate�ropert�u�to a cumulative total <br /> of 21 davs per calendar Xear, exce�t that boats and recreational <br /> vehicles less than 3o feet in length stored in the rear vard of a non- <br /> r�arian lot not less than the a�plicable setback from an}� propertti� <br /> line are not subiect to the 2i-dav limit established herein if the <br /> followin� standards are satisfied: <br /> (i) A maximum of three boats and recreational vehicles less than <br /> �o feet in len�th maX be stored outside in the rear of imuroved <br /> lots onlv not less than the a�plicable setback from anv <br /> propertv line or ordinary high water mark of a public water. <br /> (2) All boats and recreational vehicles stored outside more than <br /> 21 cumulative davs per year shall disp� a current license or <br /> watercraft registration if required for such boat or <br /> recreational vehicle bv the State of Minnesota. <br /> (3) For the purposes of this section, multiple recreational vehicles <br /> stored on a single trailer less than 3o feet in len�th shall be <br /> considered one recreational vehicle. <br /> E. Boats and recreational vehicles over�o feet in len�th shall be allowed <br /> to be�arked outside a building an��here on private propert��for no <br /> more than a cumulative total o�davs per calendar year for the <br /> �rposes of repair, pre�aration for.moorin�, or transition to and <br /> from other stora�e arrangements. <br /> F. Exce��tions: <br /> (i) Watercraft normallv_ maintained ti�ear-round_ on permanent <br /> lifts, tract s. s�te_ms or_stands as the normal usa e�location are <br /> not considered as stored under this section. <br /> 3 <br />
