Standards.A building fence or other structure is a�ublic nuisance if it does <br /> riot complv��ith any of the follow�_ng requirements. <br /> A. Structures with rotten deteriorated or damaged components or <br /> peeling�aint shall be re�aired replaced removed or repainted. <br /> B. All landsca�ing shall be �roperlv maintained so as to preserve <br /> plantin�g in a live state and shall be kept free of noxious weeds and <br /> debris. <br /> C. Turf�rass and lawns shall not grow to a height to allow such grasses <br /> to go to seed. <br /> D. All constructed or manufactured landscape elements,such as but not <br /> limited to benches retainin� walls, edging�and so forth, shall be <br /> maintained so as to be free of cracking, crumblin�, dilapidation or <br /> deterioration, <br /> E. Rotten, deteriorated or damaged landscape elements shall be <br /> repaired, replaced, or removed. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 1�,Article 7.5 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section i�-�.5 �;X'1'L1t1U1� STORAGE <br /> 1. l�erla���itiun ut Nuisance. �xcess outdoor stora�;e of� <br /> iliatel�i��l�, e_c��ii�iiient and other oblects is declared to be a�ublic nuisance <br /> because it is unsightl� decreases adjoining landowners' and occupants' <br /> enjo��ment of their�ro�ertv and neighborhood adversely affects propertv <br /> values and nei�hborhood patterns and poses a threat to the public health <br /> and safetkwhen such objects are��isible and accessible to passersbX <br /> 2. �tandards.
