This project is managed by Tessia Meivin. <br /> PROJECT UPDATE <br /> Our Classification and Compensation Study will include the following: <br /> • Market Analysis <br /> • Wage Analysis of all positions <br /> • Wage and Benefit Sun�ey of all benchmark communities and benchmark positions <br /> • Calibrate wage scale <br /> • Provide budget analysis and preliminary report with Project Team <br /> • Final report with recommendations and implementation <br /> • Job Classification Appeat Process <br /> MARKET ANALYSIS <br /> We are proposing to benchmark the following communities and jobs. All jobs will be analyzed for a wage analysis, but <br /> benchmark jobs allow us to look at similar job in communities and ask additional questions regard required education and <br /> experience needed of for the job, job tenure, minimum pay range, maximum pay range, supervisory duties, department <br /> size and if there are any additional benefits (on-call pay, call-back pay, uniform policy, longevity pay, etc.) <br /> 1 <br />
