If we deny <br /> the application, it's over tonight. <br /> Planning Commission Members Norton and Mortenson stated they didn't want to table <br /> the application tonight and then deny it next month. <br /> Chair Hallan requested the following: <br /> • Move the dwelling back a little; <br /> • Show the trees and driveway; <br /> • Indicate first floor elevation. <br /> Planning Commission Member Wallin asked if it is possible to move the house to the <br /> north. That may place the south edge of the dwelling at the 75-foot setback and still <br /> allow the driveway. <br /> Chair Hallan stated there is no assurance a table tonight will be approved next month. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wallin, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Norton,to continue this public hearing to <br /> March �5, 2oi8. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Rasinsla asked if the property owners can be present at the April meeting, can we <br /> continue to April? Chair Hallan stated that would be addressed at the March meeting. <br /> Mr. Rasinski stated he may not be able to get the new survey from Stonemark for the <br /> March meeting. <br /> APPLICANT: Charles B. Peterson <br /> Applicant requests the Preliminary Plat of Charliewood <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. Applicant was represented by Tom Peterson. <br /> Mr. Burslie asked if easements have been prepared for the drainage areas on the plat. <br /> Mr. Peterson did not know. <br /> Chair Hallan stated the DNR had not submitted any written comments. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT OPENED: <br /> Ed Freiermuth, 28471 Mayo Hills Road—Asked if they are proposing 5 docks.
