We sent out 6000 donation request letters to all the property owners in our entire fire contracted area.To date,we received over 200 donations that totaled$10,149.00.We will send thank you notes fio all who donated. The 2017 annuai fire department report was discussed in detail.The report included a fire cal! breakdown for all our calls,a by type of call listing,a by location breakdown,and an hour{y breakdown of all our calls.There is an analys�s of pereentage of calls and hours spec�t on ea!!s.A training topic report for 2017 was also tisted.'Fhe PEFi7 C}f�'icers for 2018 are the same as elected in 2017 due to a by-law change adopted in 2016 to change Officer's terms to two years instead of one. A current list of our 29 members completed the repart.There are 3 graph type charts that report fire alarms to all out districts by totals and days of the week.AnotF�er graph matces an anatysis of alarms by districts and the fime of day.The lasiE gra�h reports t6�e average response tirree to each of our districts for all our calls. Election of Officers for 2018 was next on the agenda.Bartels motioned to retain our present Officers for 2018,second 6y Sc�ddr rnotion passed.Bot�Peterson wiR be Chairman and.fohn Benson will remain Vice-Chairman. Lenny Sodd commented on behalf of the Fre Board to express sincere thank you to at!our fire fighters for their secvice. Fire Board member Jae Rudberg will be retiring in March from his position with the City of Breery Point. He was thanked for his dedicated senrice to the Fre Board. Our meefings for 2U18 are scheduled for Aprii 25"',Juty 25"',October 24�',and January 30,2019. The meeting was declared adjourned.
