Construction. Materials sha11 consist of usual <br /> fencing materials with posts and fence of inetal,wood, concrete, <br /> brick or smooth wire. Barbed or electrified wire is not to be used <br /> where frequent human contact is anticipated. <br /> The subject property owners will be required to remedy the situation by 1) Removing the <br /> horses from the property, 2) Obtaining a conditional use permit for one horse (and <br /> removing one horse from the property), or 3) Obtaining a variance to exceed the <br /> maximum number of animal units allowed in the Rural Residential Zone and obtaining a <br /> conditional use permit for"animal husbandry." <br /> The fencing meets the minimum requirements of the city code.
