Planning &Zoning <br /> Dawn Bittner presented the list of project priorities for the ' <br /> Planning and Zoning Department. ', <br /> • 2020 Census. � <br /> • Develop an enforcement policy for zoning violations. ; <br /> • Work with the Administrative Assistant to scan all of the �I <br /> property files into Laserfiche. ,I <br /> C. Fire ' <br /> Fire Chief Tom Nelson presented the list of project priorities for <br /> � <br /> the Fire Department. <br /> • Grass rig truck replacement. �� <br /> • ATV side by side purchase. I <br /> • Remain status quo on providing great service and leadership <br /> to the community. <br /> • Tanker purchase through grant opportunities. <br /> D. Police <br /> Police Chief Eric Klang presented the list of project priorities for <br /> the Police Department. <br /> • The Police Department will continue to work on their three <br /> main objectives which are leadership, visibility and <br /> preparation. <br /> • Leadership in force. <br /> • Visibility in the community. <br /> • Prepare for emergent threats. <br /> • DOD trainings. <br /> • Repair of the concrete floor in the garage area. <br />
