Enpineering Services for 2018 , <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPOINT WIDSETH <br /> SMITH NOLTING AS THE CITY'S ENGINEER FOR 2018. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4-0. <br /> 9.2. City Road Specifications <br /> Mayor Adams stated she would like to appoint a committee to include Tim ' <br /> Houle, Mike Loven, Nancy Malecha, 2 Planning Commission Members, <br /> and 2 Council Members to discuss the City's current road specifications <br /> and create categories of road specifications for future use with the idea <br /> that all roads are not equal. Council Member Pederson stated the City <br /> Planner should also be involved with this committee. <br /> MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO APPOINT A COMMITTEE TO INCLUDE <br /> TIM HOULE, MIKE LOVEN, NANCY MALECHA, THE CITY PLANNER, <br /> COUNCIL MEMBERS PEDERSON AND LOUKOTA, AND 2 PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION MEMBERS TO DISCUSS THE CITY'S CURRENT ROAD <br /> SPECIFICATIONS AND CREATE CATEGORIES OF ROAD <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR FUTURE USE. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 9.3.A Maintenance Facility- Update <br /> Tim Houle informed the Council the maintenance facility bids will be <br /> opened on Thursday, January 25th at 10:00 am. Mr. Houle stated the bid <br /> information will be included in the agenda packet for the February 5t" City <br /> Council meeting. <br /> 9.3.6.
