REFUSE HAULER'S LICENSES FOR 2018. <br /> 3.9. TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE <br /> TIF DISTRICT 1-9 FUND. <br /> 3.10. SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR THE RUN FOR DRU EVENT ON <br /> AUGUST 11, 2018. <br /> 3.11. AWAIR PROGRAM REVISION. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 4. Oqen Forum <br /> Shannon Schmidt, 31068 Pine Street, Pequot Lakes addressed the <br /> Council. Mr. Schmidt explained he had some measurements from his <br /> property on the corner of Gravdahl Drive/Main Street to St. Alice Church <br /> and he would not meet the 500 feet distance restriction in the Cifiy Code <br /> for an off sale liquor license. <br /> Council discussion ensued and the consensus was to direct Mr. Schmidt <br /> to work with Nancy Malecha and Dawn Bittner to discuss if an ordinance <br /> amendment should be considered. <br /> 5. Presentations <br /> 6. Planning and Zoning <br /> 6.1. PlanninA Commission Report <br /> The December 28, 2017 Planning Commission Report was received by <br /> Council. <br /> 6.2. Robert 8� Kimberly Swenson Proqertv <br /> Dawn Bittner presented a timeline regarding the cleanup of the Robert and <br /> Kimberly Swenson property located at 31051 Pine Street. Mayor Adams <br /> indicated the City tried working with the Swensons and gave them ample <br /> time to clean up their property. <br /> Council discussion ensued and the consensus of the Council agreed to <br /> move forward with any and all legal proceedings necessary to abate the <br />
