Length of agreement: <br /> This agreement will be in place for a period of three years commencing on January 1, 2018 and <br /> ending on December 31, 2020. Beginning on January 1, 2021 and every year thereafter, the <br /> agreement will automatically renew for a period of one year. <br /> Vacancy: <br /> Should the position be vacant (due to employee tum-over), and the duties not handled by <br /> another Chamber employee, for a period exceeding 90 days, the annual amount of the contract <br /> will be prorated for the time period the position is vacant and the resulting amount refunded to <br /> the city and school district. <br /> Cancelation of agreement: <br /> Following the initial three-year agreement, any party may cancel the agreement with a minimum <br /> of 180 days written notice to the other finro parties. No refund of monies will be issued for the <br /> year during which the agreement is canceled. <br /> Should any party fail to comply with its obligations as outlined in this agreement, the other two <br /> parties may agree to terminate the agreement.
