Planning &Zoning Dawn Bittner presented the list of project priorities for the Planning and Zoning Department. • 2020 Census. • Develop an enforcement policy for zoning violations. • Work with the Administrative Assistant to scan all of the property files into Lase�che. Fire Fire Chief Tom Nelson presented the list of project priorities for the Fire Department. • Grass rig truck replacement. • AN side by side purchase. • Remain status quo on providing great service and leadership to the community. • Tanker purchase through grant opportunities. D. Police Police Chief Eric Klang presented the list of project priorities for the Police Department. • The Police Department will continue to work on their three main objectives which are leadership, visibility and preparation. • Leadership in force. • Visibility in the community. • Prepare for emergent threats. • DOD trainings. • Repair of the concrete floor in the garage area.
