14. The proposed use,with conditions,will promote the prevention and control of ground and surface waters. And subject to the following conditions: �. Parking of the U-Haul trucks along the south edge of the e�cisting trees along the north property line and trailers along the south property line of the west parcel (PIN: 291150o�oo1Aoo9) as indicated on the site plan shall be in an orderly fashion. 2. No existing trees shall be removed. 3. Signage shall be permitted by separate application. 4. There shall be no more than a total of 25 rental trucks/trailers allowed on the subject property. The m�imum number allowed is a combination of trucks and or trailers. 5. All parking areas shall be set back a distance of 10' or greater from all property lines. 6. Compliance Inspections for the two existing Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems on the car wash property(PIN: 29i�5oo20010009) shall be submitted to the City within thirty days. �. A total of six 6-foot high evergreen trees shall be planted along the south �2o feet of the west property line within 9 months. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. This would not be an ordinance amendment as the Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance does not regulate public right-of-way. The Zoning Specialist was directed to determine whether or not the City has a right-of-way ordinance. Bittner reviewed the criteria to consider included in the Staff Report. The consensus of the Planning Commission was to allow in the slower speed zone, maximum banner size of 32 square feet, and no banners allowed on Main Street from the interchange to Government Drive.
