6. Acquisition of library materials selected by each of the Crosslake and Pequot Lakes libraries for their collections to the maximum annual cost determined in the annual budget. No cataloging or processing of these materials will be provided. KRLS is not responsible for the quality or condition of materials selected by the local libraries The City of Crosslake and the City of Pequot Lakes will provide the following: 1. Registration of Kitchigami Regional Library System residents for KRLS borrower cards at no charge to the public. 2. A local trainer who will be responsible for training all local library workers on borrower registration, interlibrary loans, delivery and selection requirements for acquisition. 3. The local library must be open or a secure location for delivery must be provided between 9:30 a.m. and noon on each of the delivery days listed above. 4. All KRLS policies and procedures for registration, interlibrary loan, delivery and electronic services must be followed. 5. All library materials selected from the library materials budget in this agreement `.. must be ordered using a format mutually agreed between the parties. 6. Representatives from the City of Crosslake and the City of Pequot Lakes will address the Crow Wing County Board of Commission with its budget request for 2010. S. Cost of Services: Kitchigami Regional Library will prepare an annual budget for the provision of these services which, on agreement from the City of Crosslake and the City of Pequot Lakes, will be incorporated into the Crow Wing County budget no later than 1 July of each year. Notwithstanding the above, the budget for March through December 2010 will be as follows: Delivery and Interlibrary Loans $4,682 Training as provided above no charge Borrower registration no charge Library Materials Crosslake $5,000 Pequot Lakes $5,000 Acquisitions service $ 500 Total 2010 Service Cost $15,182 OR
