Operations and Maintenance: <br />• The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and <br />submitted. <br />• Jan. 5` ", collected quarterly fluoride and bacteria samples. <br />• Jan. 81", Mike went over my performance evaluation with me. <br />• Jan. 11 ` ", completed our Tier II Report for having chlorine on -site. <br />• Jan. 12, met with Rick Wilson from TDS to review locations of water and sewer lines at <br />WTP. (Water Treatment Plant) <br />• Jan. 12, Earl Hemmerich informed Mike and me that he had another leak at Pequot <br />Terrace. He had it located and repaired that night. <br />• Jan. 13"', attended MMUA Safety Meeting at City Hall. <br />• Jan. 13`", Kurt Rothwell (MMUA Safety Instructor) performed a Mock OSHA <br />Inspection at WTP and WWTP. No major concerns. <br />• Jan. 20`", dlvd. 14 delinquent water /sewer bill notices. <br />• Jan. 25 "i, Jeanyne and I have accurately determined how much water was billed in 2009 <br />and how much water was sold /accounted for. We are losing far less water after April <br />23`d, when we found and repaired a 1 %" water line at Tru- Green. It's made an <br />incredible difference. We will continue tracking our usage very closely, in hopes of <br />"catching" any other problems that could be out there, or that may occur in the future. <br />
