Our owners,employees,and families live, <br /> work,shop,go to school,recreate,volunteer,and pay taxes in this area. City ta�c dollars that are used for our <br /> services go right back into this area. <br /> Unlike many of our competitors,WSN is not a firm of regional offices that reports back to a headquarters in � <br /> another part of the state.We have about 60 employees in our Bra.inerd/Baxter office.No other firm can offer that <br /> kind of direct and immediate service to the City.We have people that are less than 1/2 hour away that can provide <br /> their expertise—even with today's communication technology,there is no substitute for face-to-face assistance. <br /> Any service related to public infrastructure planning,funding,design,and construction that the City needs—and ; <br /> we can forwazd ma.ny pages spelling these out-we can provide. i <br /> Funding assistance is one of our many service areas.We not only help ciries in finding grants and loans for ,I <br /> infrastructure improvements,but we also assist Fire Departments(in fact,we worked with your Fire Department ' <br /> in the past). <br /> In looking back at 2017,we have attached our business/budget status reports on several projects.We have either <br /> been under budget or if we have gone over budget,we have ta.ken that loss. <br /> A couple reasons we many times stay under budget are our familiarity in working with the City and how the City <br /> staff takes care of tasks that other cities may have us accomplish—thus sa.ving the City some dollars. <br /> We look forwazd to working with the City on projects leading into 2018,some of which include the Trailside Park <br /> improvements,Rasmussen Road(Old Hwy 371 and County Road 112),and finalizing the turn back of Main <br /> Street and Patriot Avenue to the City. <br /> Please NOTE that we want to—we need to-improve on the services we offer you.
