(WSlwould like to thank you for the opportunity to provide the City
of Pequot La.kes with engineering, architectural, surveying, environmental, and other services over the past year.
We respectfully request reappoinhnent as the City's Engineer for 2018. ',
As in years past, having WSN as your City Engineer does not come with a Contract or any set cost commitment.
We have worked with the City for over the past 20 plus years. Over that time,we have developed a knowledge ;
base that we believe provides the City with a consistent foundation while also changing and adjusting with each
new project and Council.
We see ourselves as an extension of City staff, responding to the direction of the Council.Through working
together over the years,we can be efficient and provide only those services the City truly needs.
In 2018,we propose to continue to:
• Attend Council Meetings At No Charge 'I
We will attend your regular Council Meeting each month—and many times Special Council Meetings-at no
charge to the City.
• Answer Miscellaneous Questions at No Charge
We will answer miscellaneous questions(those"15-minute"variety)from City Council members,City staff,
and residents at no direct charge to the City.
We estimate this effort of un-billed services to be about$10,000.It is value that we need to provide to you as
your City Engineer.
• Assignment of Two Engineers
We appreciate the commihnent the City has shown us. In return,we have assigned two licensed and
experience engineers to serve as WSN's representa.tives to the City.Mike Rude has about 30 years engineer
experience, several of these with the City.Tim Houle also has about 30 years experience,20 of these years
working with the City, and is also an Ovemer with WSN.
Besides Mike and Tim,there are many others at WSN that have worked on various projects and have a
history and knowledge of the City's infrastructure. So really, our"two"representatives are many
representatives for the benefit of the City.
• When the Council identifies a specific project,we will provide you a written proposal describing our scope of
work,the schedule,and our fee.
rngineering Architecture Surveying Fnvironmental
