D. In very general terms, do the densities of future land uses justify the cost of <br />`— City water and sanitary sewer services? [Finance] <br />E. With the general information from the above discussion, where should <br />redevelopment be encouraged, where should new development be encouraged, <br />and where should the City concentrate their infrastructure investment <br />(reconstruction and extensions)? [Planning & Zoning and Infrastructure] <br />F. With the general direction from the above discussion, will the City initiate <br />extensions for the good of a particular area or will they require future developers <br />to initiate extensions, even if they need to be bigger than that needed to serve <br />the one development? (The need for a sanitary sewer lift station away from a <br />particular development location is an example where the project may need to be <br />"bigger ".
