[Planning & Zoning and Infrastructure] <br />F. With the general direction from the above discussion, will the City initiate <br />extensions for the good of a particular area or will they require future developers <br />to initiate extensions, even if they need to be bigger than that needed to serve <br />the one development? (The need for a sanitary sewer lift station away from a <br />particular development location is an example where the project may need to be <br />"bigger ".
