A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Mortenson, <br /> seconded by Planning Commission Member Habein,to close the Public <br /> Hearing. All Members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None. <br /> OPEN FORiJM: None. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> a.Wallace Schoeb, U-Haul Rental and Stora.ge of Trucks and Trailers <br /> Condition Clarification - <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report and stated he recalled there were to be �2 trees <br /> planted, 6-feet tall,spaced io feet apart. Wallace and Mark Schoeb were present. Mark <br /> Schoeb stated he thought it was 6 trees. He further stated there are 4 trees along the <br /> west lot line,with one being dead. <br /> Planning Commission Members Habein and Mortenson recalled 6 trees. Planning <br /> Commission Member Wallin stated the locations of the existing trees, 6 additional trees <br /> should be adequate. <br /> It was the consensus of the Planning Commission that 6 trees will be utilized for <br /> planting for the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> b. 3 S Investments LLC,applicant <br /> Applican.t requests a Metes and Bounds Subdivision <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. Applicant, Patrick Smith,was present. <br /> Mr. Burslie stated Finding of Fact Number�refers to impervious coverage. While the <br /> subject property is below the 50% impervious allowed,the tract to the west appears to <br /> be over 50%. Once the Sale Tract is consolidated with the lot to the west,the additional <br /> area will reduce the impervious coverage of that parcel. This nonconformity is being <br /> reduced with this request. <br /> Vice-Chair Hallan asked Staff to verify the alley has been vacated and recorded. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Wallin, to approve the Metes and Bounds <br /> Subdivision,based on the following Findings of Fact: <br /> MINUTES 3 <br /> Pequot Lakes Planning Commission <br /> November i6, 2oi� <br />
