Operations and Maintenance: <br />6.2 gals Fluoride <br />19.5 lbs Chlorine <br />4.92 lbs Potassium Permanganate <br />• The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and <br />submitted. <br />• Dec. 2nd, Kurt and Lance built some nice shelves at the WTP so I could organize all of <br />our water /sewer items. <br />• Dec. 3rd, met Paul with Maximum Communications, at Water Tower so he could get <br />measurements for possible antennae installation. <br />• Dec. 7th, received battery back -up unit (ups) for WTP computer systems. <br />• Dec. 15th, organized tool boxes /drawers on white truck. <br />• Also, on Dec. 15th, Jim with Northland Fire Protection returned two of our fire hydrants <br />that needed to be serviced. <br />• Dec. 16th, helped pick up branches after Mike cut down large tree at Cole Bldg. <br />• Dec. 17th, attended MMUA Safety Meeting at Lakeshore City Hall. <br />• Also, Dec. 17th, received external battery mount for ups. (It was on backorder) <br />• Dec. 20, delivered 11 delinquent water /sewer bill notices. <br />• Dec. 23rd, Kurt and Lance replaced ballast in one of the lights at the WTP. <br />• Dec. 26th and 27th, I plowed and shoveled snow for the Street Dept. Also, plowed and <br />shoveled front parking lot and sidewalk of WTP. <br />
