Old business: The air packs we purchased from the Montrose Fire Department will be picked up soon by Bill and Mark. We have shirts and sweatshirts ordered and could possibly be here next meeting. Grass truck 2 was returned to Willow River today. The Christmas party is scheduled for Friday, January 8t', at the Wine Cellar at Grand View Lodge. The estimated cost for our group is $1513.47. The normal cost for this would be $3807.37. There is also a condo available for an additional $125.00. The plan was approved and no time is decided yet. Everyone will receive invitations for the event. The three gallons of Hurst oil which we thought was short in the delivery was already in the tools. New business: We all should have a new fleet policy from the City. Everyone will need to sign the copy and turn it in. We need a battery charger for station 2. Evenson motioned to purchase one, second by Bridge, motion passed. The Thompson garage fire was critiqued. L Kate Petersen has a sofa and chair to donate to the fire hall. No decision was made on the furniture as we could not decide where to use them. There will be an Officer's meeting on Wednesday, December 9t' at 6:30 pm. The regular meeting was adjourned by a motion by Zeimet, second by Szymanski, meeting adjourned. The annual election of officers was next with Tasha and Brian in charge. Tom Nelson was elected Fire Chief. Bill Rickard was elected First Assistant Chief. Dave Szymanski was elected Second Assistant Chief. Three Captains elected were Neil Casanova, Larry Oaks, and Brian Evenson. Scott Warner was elected our new Safety Officer. Bob Peterson I was elected to the Secretary position. \1..
