Excerpts of Meeting Minutes Relatin�to Wildlife Trail <br /> MAY 1, 1978 SIBLEY TOWNSHIP MINUTES <br /> A motion made by Rudbeck, seconded by Youngberg that we approve preliminary plat of Sibley Wild <br /> Life Estates with John Huth of Shakopee, Minnesota as owner. Plat presented by Myron L. Landecker as <br /> surveyor. All members voting aye, motion carried. <br /> OCTOBER 2, 1979 SIBLEY TOWNSHIP MINUTES <br /> Motion made by Rudbeck that we accept the final plat of Sibley Wildlife Estates and that Town Board to <br /> have the option to accept or reject road if not approved by Board. Motion seconded by Nelson, all ayes, <br /> motion carried. <br /> NOVEMBER 11, 1980 SIBLEY TOWNSHIP MINUTES <br /> Youngberg motioned all roads shall be brought up to County and Town specifications and must have at <br /> least 4 tax paying homes on the road before being taken over by township and any blacktopping on new <br /> roads or platted areas should be the obligation of the developer and or land owners. Nelson seconded, <br /> all ayes, motion carried. <br /> AUGUST 2, 1983 SIBLEY TOWNSHIP MINUTES <br /> Mr. Duane Schneck and family stated he owns a lot in Sibley Wildlife Estates and wants to build a solar <br /> home. He asked if the township would take care of blading and snowplowing this road. The Board <br /> stated they will not take over the road into Sibley Wildlife Estates until it is brought up to County <br /> Specifications. It must have at least 3 to 6 inches of class 5 gravel base on the surface of the road and <br /> crowned so water doesn't stand in the roadway. Mr. Schneck should hire a private party to take care of <br /> the drive. <br /> AUGUST 6, 1985 SIBLEY TOWNSHtP MINUTES <br /> Tweed resolved that all roads from August 1, 1985 in the future plats or developments must be <br /> blacktopped with 3" class 5 base and 1 1/2" #2331 hot bituminous mix blacktop with roadbed 18 ft. <br /> wide with all hills sloped and sodded to avoid washing before bid bond is released. Nelson seconded, <br /> ayes, carried. <br /> JUNE 4 2002 ORDERLY ANNEXATION OCCURRED BETWEEN THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES AND SIBLEY <br /> TOWNSHIP <br />
