The U-Haul trucks and
trailers are parked on PIN:2g15ooiooiAoog.
Mr. Burslie noted Compliance Inspections will need to be submitted for the two septic
systems on the car wash lot as they have both expired. This should be added as a
condition for this requirement. In addition, 50%screening should be required along the
west property line and the north property line consisting of either fence or vegetation.
When asked, Mr. Schoeb stated this spring there were approximately 15 U-Haul trucks
and io trailers, the most in 9 years.
Planning Commission Member Hallan asked for clarification that with this type of use,
we are asking that applicant not have more than 25% impervious coverage on a 32,000
square foot parcel. Grass will grow under a stored vehicle. Mr. Burslie ecplained any
parking area is considered impervious. The Planning Commission should indicate a
maximum number of units, maybe 25 vehicles.
Mr. Schoeb stated that the number of vehicles on the lot in the future should be less as
there are now more U-Haul dealers in the area.
