TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE NON-ALCOHOL <br /> FORFEITURE FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND. <br /> 3.8. TOBACCO LICENSE FOR PATRICIA BRENNAN. <br /> 3.9. CD PURCHASE. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Michael Czech, 3816 Wildlife Trail, Pequot Lakes addressed the Council <br /> and represented residents on Wildlife Trail. Mr. Czec� stated a letter was <br /> sent to the City in July 2017 requesting the City adopt Wildlife Trail as a <br /> City street. Mr. Czech explained the residents on Wild(ife Trail would like <br /> the City Council to review the packet of information he presented and <br /> discuss this item at the next Council meeting. <br /> Mayor Adams directed Staff to provide the Council with a history of the <br /> discussions that have taken place regarding Wildlife Trail street <br /> improvements, how many private roads are within the City limits, and to <br /> place this item on the ne�ct Council agenda. <br /> 5. Presentations <br /> 6. PlanninA and Zoning <br /> 6.1. PlanninA Commission Report <br /> The September 26, 2017 Planning Commission Report and September <br /> 21, 2017 draft Planning Commission Meeting minutes were received by <br /> Council. <br /> 6.2. Ordinance Amendment ReQarding Fences <br /> Justin Burslie explained the ordinance amendment regarding fence and <br /> planting height restrictions. The Planning Commission is unanimously <br /> recommending that City Code Chapter 17, Article 7.3 be amended <br /> regarding fence and planting heights at intersections. <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding fence heights, safety, and <br /> enforcement. <br />
