Nancy Malecha explained that bonding would be the funding mechanism for <br /> this project and may be subject to change as we have more specific project <br /> costs. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE ' <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SAS+ ASSOCIATES IN <br /> THE AMOUNT OF $97,235 AND THE ENGINEERING AND <br /> OBSERVATION ESTIMATE WITH WIDSETH SMITH NOLTING IN THE <br /> AMOUNT OF $127,975 FOR THE TRAILSIDE PARK PHASE 1 <br /> CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. MAYOR ADAMS SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-1. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br /> OPPOSED. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently worldng on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—This property was abated September 2�. (�0/06 to present) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen— Exterior storage. Mr. Derksen has brought this <br /> property into compliance except for the snowmobiles.
