COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE � <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE � <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 17-13. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5-0. � <br /> 9.2. Bobber Planters Donation �I <br /> Nancy Malecha presented the recommendation from the Park �� <br /> Commission to accept the bobber planters donation from Community <br /> Action of Pequot Lakes. These planters would replace the barrel planters '� <br /> that are currently being used. ' <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 17- ' <br /> 29 ACCEPTING THE BOBBER PLANTERS DONATION FROM <br /> COMMUNITY ACTION. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.3.A. ReQuest to Purchase Salt/Sand Spreader <br /> Nancy Malecha presented the request from the Public Works Department <br /> to purchase a Hiniker Model 775 Salt/Sand Spreader from Meyer Midwest <br /> in the amount of$5,741. Ms. Malecha noted that this is a non-budgeted <br /> item and will be paid from the Roads and Streets capital outlay budget. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> PURCHASE OF A HINIKER MODEL 775 SALT/SAND SPREADER <br /> FROM MEYER MIDWEST IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,741 TO BE PAID <br /> FROM THE ROADS AND STREETS CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.3.6. Request to Hire <br /> Nancy Malecha presented the Public Works request to hire Ganske's <br /> Quality Painting to paint the Chamber Building and Geo's Paint 8� Finish to <br /> sandblast and paint the front of the City Hatl Building. <br />
