• Breezy Point — After serving at least 15 years of <br /> continuous employment shall be paid the employee's <br /> current rate of pay, for accumulated, but unused sick <br /> leave balance at the time of separation not to exceed <br /> 240 hours. <br /> • Crosby — Receive 1/Z of their accumulated sick leave <br /> accumulation, not to exceed 480 hours in sick leave <br /> pay. <br /> • Crosslake — All accrued unused sick time in the <br /> employee's sick leave account will be paid into his or <br /> her health care savings account upon leaving <br /> employment with the city and eligible to receive <br /> monthly retirement benefits under the provisions of <br /> PERA. <br /> • Nisswa — 50% of accrued unpaid sick leave pay <br /> deposited with the MN State Retirement System into <br /> the employee's qualifying post-employment <br /> healthcare savings plan. <br /> • Staples — Severance payment of 50% of unused sick <br /> leave after 7 or more years of service, with a <br /> maximum payout of 60 days. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council discussion on <br /> changing the sick leave payout upon separation for the City <br /> and motion adopting the attached resolution approving the <br /> City of Pequot Lakes Personnel Policies. <br />
