' <br /> Sick Leave Payout Upon Separation i <br /> • Pequot Lakes — 5-9 years of service with the City shall <br /> receive pay for 10% of unused accrued sick leave and <br /> 10 or more years of service shall receive pay for 25% <br /> of unused accrued sick leave up to a maximum of 960 <br /> hours. <br />
