We sent approximately 6000 brochures to property owners within our fire contcacted areas <br /> expressing our concerns and monetary needs the last week in June.We received approximately <br /> $60(�0.00 in donations to date. <br /> Dur 100"'anniversary street dance celebration seems to be praceeding.An official logo has been <br /> created.The Departrreent purchased 5Q0 anniversary cups with the 1ogo.Tee shirts were also <br /> ordered.We sold about$1000.00 in tee shirts and cups during our pancake breakfast. Banners will <br /> be displayed along roads soon.Two food vendors h�ve committed to our dance event so far.The <br /> Department and Pequot Community Action are jointly sponsoring our event.We are sharing costs <br /> and profits.We will be accepting donations. <br /> Our pancake breakfast was attended by 14�6d people this year.Donations were better than in past <br /> years.The ev�nt progressed as planned.Profits amounted to$85Q0.00. <br /> Our neut o�eefing will be October 25�'at 7 pm at our fire station. <br /> Benson motioned to adjourn,second by Dubay,meeting was declared adjoumed. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT AT MEETIIVG: Hart, Benson,Dubay,Sodd,Lillehei, Rudberg,Nelson,Peterson, <br /> Otson,&Sartels <br />
