PEQUOT LAKES COMMU1vITY LIBRARY ADNIINISTRATIVE POLICY <br /> CUSTOMER SERVICE <br /> ResponsibiGty: Library Board and Staff Development <br /> Revised: June 20,2017 <br /> It is the policy of the Pequot Lakes Community Library that all people who seek to use the library <br /> services, materials, and facilities are treated equally and respectfully. <br /> Patron should be greeted pleasantly and served courteously. Discussion of potentially sensitive <br /> subjects (i.e. religion, politics, etc.) in the Library is contrary to Library policy. Volunteers are <br /> requested, while on duty or in any way representing the Library,not to voice opinions about these <br /> matters. The Library is a non-partisan institution, supplying as nearly as possible, material on all <br /> subjects but offering no personal interpretations. <br /> All Library users and staff have the right to have Library policies and procedures explained to <br /> them. <br /> 33 <br />
