Trailside Estate Update <br /> City Engineer Tim Houle informed the Council that Landecker and WSN <br /> are recommending to reduce the financial security for the Trailside <br /> Development to $33,750 as all items on the punch list are not completed. <br /> Tim Houle suggested the following levels of acceptance: <br /> Sanitarv Sewer System <br /> The City will run and perform normal maintenance on the lift station. The <br /> developer will be responsible for the manholes and pipe upstream of the <br /> lift station as well as any lift station repairs caused by material from the <br /> gravity system or developer construction until overall acceptance by the <br /> City in the spring <br /> Watermain Svstem <br /> � The City will continue to provide the developer with water. The developer <br /> will be responsible for the watermain, valves, curb stops, and other <br /> components of the system until overall acceptance by the City in the <br /> spring. <br /> Storm Sewer System and Streets <br /> The developer will be responsible for all aspects of the storm sewer <br /> system and streets until overall acceptance by the City in the spring. The <br /> City will only plow from County Road 112 to the lift station to allow the City <br /> to periodically check the lift station. <br /> The Council indicated that in the spring of 2008, after all of the punch list <br /> items have been properly completed, the City will consider reviewing the <br /> acceptance of the various public improvements. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN OVED TO ACCEPT A REDUCTION IN THE <br /> PROJECT BOND TO $33,750 TO BE PAYABLE TO THE DEVELOPER <br /> ONLY AFTER ALL IMPROVEMENTS ARE FULLY ACCEPTED. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION.
