MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6.2. Final Plat Processinq <br /> The Council acknowledged the memo from Chuck Marohn regarding the <br /> final plat processing procedure. Council Member Ryan did not understand <br /> why the Planning Commission and staff had to review the documents after <br /> they had been prepared by the attorney. Tommy Woog explained that the <br /> documents are reviewed for consistency with what was required in the <br /> preliminary plat. <br /> 7.
