Discussion on Number of Council Meetings Per Year <br /> The Council discussed the possible need of holding two meetings per <br /> month. The Clerk provided a schedule of extra meetings held in 2006. It <br /> was the consensus of the Council to set the third Tuesday of each month <br /> at 6:00 p.m. as the day for holding a second Council meeting if necessary. <br /> 11. Maintenance Supervisor's Report <br /> Report by Mike Loven. <br /> 11.1. 2007 Road Proiect Discussion <br /> Mike Loven stated that the City has completed the feasibility study for the <br /> South Oak Street project. He indicated that the project cost came in too <br /> high for the budget at this time. He indicated that staff would like to phase <br /> � this project in and possibly complete part of the project this year if funding <br /> is available after completing the Inland Trails and Gravdahl projects. <br />
