Trailside Park Master Plan Phase 1 Update <br /> Luke Sydow from SAS+Associates informed the Council that there are <br /> items that need to be discussed to finalize the Trailside Park Master Plan - <br /> Phase 1: <br /> • Playground location, <br /> • Public/private parking lot, <br /> • Southwest connection, <br /> • Elements to be included, and <br /> • Team selection. <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding safety concerns on the pond location <br /> in relation to the playground, the shared parking lot with a business owner, <br /> and the southwest connection being a safe route to school. Mayor Adams <br /> volunteered to contact the business owner regarding the shared parking lot <br /> on the north end of the Park. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO ACCEPT THE MASTER <br /> PLAN WITHOUT THE RELOCATION OF THE PLAYGROUND.
