Failure to comply with the City Code by August 3, 2017,will prompt us to take more <br /> aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the amount of <br /> $100.0o per day for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order <br /> directing you to comply with the Ordinance and could potentially include criminal <br /> action. You will also be responsible to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in <br /> remedying this violation. This would include any consultant fees or other professional <br /> services that City Staff determines is necessary, including but not limited to the City <br /> Planner,the City Engineer or the City Attorney. <br /> Having unmaintained lawns,buildings and accessory structures is not only an eyesore <br /> to the rest of the community, it is a health and safety issue that we take very seriously. <br /> Please understand our seriousness and commitment to uphold the City Code.
