However, if you take a look at the enclosed <br /> photographs,taken July 13,you will note that there are several things that can take <br /> place to improve the overall aesthetics of this property prior to any improvements to the <br /> dwelling. <br /> As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the City Code,we would like the <br /> opportunity to work with you to correct the situation.
