MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING COMMISSION/ <br /> BOARD OF AJUSTMENT <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> MAY 18, 2017 <br /> PRESENT: Todd Engels, Bill Habein, Mark Hallan, Mark Mortenson, Nathan Norton, <br /> Brian Wallin,Wesley Wilson. ABSENT: None. <br /> CITY PLANNER: Justin Burslie, NJPA <br /> ZONING SPECIALIST: Dawn Bittner <br /> COUNCIL LIAISON: Absent <br /> Chair Engels called the meeting to order at 6:0o PM. <br /> Nathan Walberg, Onsite Visit: <br /> After the meeting was convened the Planning Commission, City Planner and Zoning <br /> Specialist moved to Budget Auto, 29317 State Highway 371 to conduct an onsite visit <br /> regarding parking of used automobiles for sale and/or repair per Conditional Use <br /> Permit approved August 15, 2013. <br /> The meeting was reconvened at City Hall at 6:51 p.m. <br /> Mr. Burslie explained he had indicated on the map which vehicles needed to be <br /> removed, approximately 20 vehicles. Chair Engels, Dawn Bittner and Mr. Burslie will <br /> conduct an onsite visit prior to the next meeting to verify the vehicles and various junk <br /> and debris have been removed. The concept for the parking area 36o feet in length was <br /> a single row. <br /> Planning Commission Member Habein asked if Mr.Walberg's business should be shut <br /> down as he is not in compliance with his CUP. Mr. Hallan stated the City received a <br /> complaint and acted upon it. Mr. Burslie stated if the conditions aren't met, the <br /> Planning Commission can decide how to proceed. <br /> Staff was directed to send the map to Mr. Walberg and to notify him of the next onsite <br /> visit. <br /> APPLICANT: Richard Wilson <br /> MINUTES 1 <br /> Pequot Lakes Planning Commission <br /> May 18, 2017 <br />
