City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes <br />Monthly Activity Report For <br />Office Assistant <br />OCTOBER 2011 <br />As of February 7, 2011 work schedule was increased from part time to full time status. <br />32 hrs /wk in Clerks office plus 8 hrs /wk in Police Dept. <br />As of July 18, 2011 work scheduled changed - <br />30 hrs /wk in Clerks office & plus 10 hrs /wk in Police Dept. <br />CLERKS OFFICE <br />- Prepared quarterly sales tax return and submitted payment <br />- Started Tax Certification process <br />- Off work Oct. 24 — 28 for husbands surgery <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />- Created recap for Officers training credits for 2011 <br />`. - Printed business cards for John <br />- Learned Digital Ally Software (software that in- squads video's get uploaded to) <br />- Contacted vendor and setup on -line creation and ordering of Police IDs <br />- Received FREE furniture from TDS <br />- Working on floor plans for old Library area to see if Police Dept. would fit in that <br />area. <br />MEETINGS <br />- Met with Josh Gartner to train on In -Squad Video software <br />Prepared by:- Jeanyne Alderson <br />C /activity report <br />
